Reservation Charge Timing	$0.00 charged upfront. When reserving a spot in a 15-box cohort, card details are validated via Stripe SetupIntent. Your card is only charged when the batch reaches its 15-backer goal.
Shipping Window	10–14 business days post-batch. Once a batch completes, orders are freshly packed by our independent studios and arrive in 8–15 total business days.
Returns Policy	30-day defective replacement. Defective or damaged items receive a 100% refund with free return shipping. Personal care cosmetic items are otherwise final sale for hygiene.
Billing Descriptor	`VALE VESSEL` appears on your credit card billing statement.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service and Sale ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vale & Vessel Wellness ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of https://vale-and-vessel.com, including all reservations, orders, and content.

By accessing the site or placing a pre-order reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.

2. The 15-Box Cohort Model & Direct Pre-Orders

Vale & Vessel Wellness operates on a curated collective model. Seasonal evening skincare sets are produced in strict batches of 15 boxes. This model eliminates warehouse shelf-life and ensures every customer receives full-size vessels freshly prepared by independent studios:

Reservation Stage: You reserve your position in a batch with a valid payment card. No funds are charged at the moment of reservation.
Batch Completion: When 15 backers have registered (or the seasonal cohort window reaches its deadline), the batch closes and payments are processed via Stripe.
Cancellation Prior to Close: You may cancel your reservation with zero penalty anytime before the batch closes by emailing [email protected].

3. Pricing, Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD). Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Charges appear on your card statement with the descriptor: VALE VESSEL.

4. Shipping, Transit & Authentic Cartons

Orders ship directly from the respective independent maker ateliers within 10 to 14 business days of batch completion. Total delivery timeframe is 8 to 15 business days. 5. Returns, Damaged Items & Refunds

In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, returns and replacements are accepted exclusively for items arriving damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping on defective merchandise is 100% free ($0.00). Due to health and hygiene standards, unblemished cosmetic products cannot be restocked or returned once delivered.

6. FDA Cosmetic Disclaimer

Cosmetic Use Only: Products curated by Vale & Vessel Wellness are topical cosmetics, bath soaks, aromatherapy mists, and facial massage tools intended solely for external cosmetic care and evening relaxation.
